21 Day Challenge

Did you know that it takes just 21 days to form a habit, and if done right with the proper guidance, change your life for the better?


I am extremely excited for this month’s 21 Day Challenge! Starting just after Mother’s Day and running until the end of May, these three weeks will mean a serious, positive and healthful change for this program’s participants.  The 21 Day Challenge will focus on the end of unhealthy cycles, a new fearless outlook, and a healthier, slimmer and truer self.


Throughout this challenge, participants will be provided with professional wellness engagement and motivation, guidance through a simple, accessible and effective at home workout program, workbooks, recipes and journaling resources, and so much more.
