21 Day Challenge

Did you know that it takes just 21 days to form a habit, and if done right with the proper guidance, change your life for the better?


I am extremely excited for this month’s 21 Day Challenge! Starting just after Mother’s Day and running until the end of May, these three weeks will mean a serious, positive and healthful change for this program’s participants.  The 21 Day Challenge will focus on the end of unhealthy cycles, a new fearless outlook, and a healthier, slimmer and truer self.


Throughout this challenge, participants will be provided with professional wellness engagement and motivation, guidance through a simple, accessible and effective at home workout program, workbooks, recipes and journaling resources, and so much more. Exercise

It can make you live longer, feel better, look fabulous and accomplish more than you ever thought possible. It’s exercise!
